Tia is a recent graduate of Kent State University with her B.F.A. in Photography. She began her creative career as a graphic designer, fine artist, and photographer through her college-prep high school - Trinity High School, near Cleveland, Ohio. 

Entering Kent State University, she started as a Fashion Merchandising student but changed majors to Photography after one year in the fashion program. This background in fashion helps as Tia's passion is for fashion photography and portraiture. She tasks herself with capturing the artistic aspect of fashion and portrait photography.  Mostly inspired by fashion magazines and newer styles of fashion photography and portraiture, bright colors and different angles are things that she strives to incorporate in many of her images. 

She recently completed a long-term Co-Op assignment for the Photo/Video Marketing Team at the Sherwin-Williams Headquarters in Cleveland. Here, Tia gained more experience in Commercial Photography, working the equipment of a studio, styling and maintaining sets, and working with a larger team, as she assists and shoots for many brands under the Sherwin-Williams umbrella. This led to her current position at Blush Gallery inside of Tower City in Downtown Cleveland where she is the Studio Manager and In-House Photographer in addition to her freelance endeavors.
